One roof · two moods
About La Vida
A Spanish kitchen by day, a neon cocktail bar by night — all under one roof in Desa Sri Hartamas.
La Vida Kitchen & Bar is two places at once. From noon, it’s a Spanish kitchen running hot — tapas off the plancha, saffron paella simmered low to a golden socarrat, gambas spitting in garlic-chili oil. The smell of the fire side carries across the room before the first plate even lands.
Then the pans cool and the shakers wake. After dark the same room turns neon: frozen margaritas blended over crushed ice and poured till late, dessert martinis, and ice-cold beers served in frosted frozen mugs. Friday and Saturday the PP Girls live band takes over and Hartamas turns up for the weekend.
That’s the whole idea — Comer · Beber · Bailar. Paella at seven, margaritas at ten, the band at nine, all at one table. You don’t pick a mood when you walk in; you let the night move from the kitchen to the bar and back again.
We’re a neighbourhood place at heart, tucked into the streets of Desa Sri Hartamas and built for long tables and late nights. Come hungry, stay for the music, and follow the room on @lavidakitchenbar to see what’s pouring tonight.
La Cocina — the fire side
From 12PM, the kitchen roars. Spanish classics cooked loud and sent straight from the flame — paella, plancha-seared mains, gambas al ajillo and tapas built to share. This is the noon-to-night half of the house.
One roof, two moods
The fire side cools, the neon takes over, and the whole room becomes the party.
